Job summary

Art and Wellness Enterprises, Bentonville, AR, seeks a Landscape Grounds Technician to maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, gardens, and irrigation on-site. You will work under Grounds Operations Management to keep the campus attractive, safe, and welcoming for staff, visitors, and the public.

The role requires practical landscape skills, tool operation, weather endurance, and a customer-friendly approach. You will collaborate with a team and may interact with visitors while upholding high standards

Qualifications

Solid understanding of landscaping and grounds maintenance techniques.
Working knowledge of plant identification and horticultural practices.
Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions and natural environments.
Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools.
Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, and related apps.
Commitment to excellent customer service rooted in courtesy and respect.
Willingness to learn and use specialized software.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Maintain lawns, trees, and shrubs to established standards.
Care for ornamental gardens and seasonal plant displays.
Clean and maintain paved areas; assist with snow/ice removal.
Remove leaves from lawns and planting beds.
Maintain tools, equipment, and garden fixtures; service restrooms and furniture.
Greet visitors and provide information while ensuring grounds security.
Monitor and support irrigation systems.
Assist with landscaping builds, planting, mulching, and drainage work.
Perform other duties as assigned.
