Qualifications

• High school diploma; two-year degree in horticulture preferred.
• Two years of experience in landscaping/grounds maintenance.
• Knowledge of operation of engines and equipment; valid driver license. Available for on-call, emergencies, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal.
• Operate equipment: fork truck, plow truck, forklift, mowers, weed eaters, chainsaw, backhoe, snow blower.
• Stockpiling and application of salt and sand during winter months.
• Maintain equipment: change oil, lubricate, minor mechanical repairs.
• Prune shrubs and trees.
• Maintain all lawn areas; mow, rake, fertilize, seed, aerate.
