Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or G.E.D. diploma required.
• Strong background and/or training in grounds maintenance or studies in horticulture required.
• 3+ years of supervision experience preferred.
• Category ltt, A and B, and VI Spray License preferred.
• Erosion and sediment control certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement landscape zoning and maintenance schedule.
• Supervise daily grounds operations.
• Inspect campus grounds and identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain grounds equipment and college vehicles; ensure safety and operability.
• Coordinate grounds-related projects and services within budget and state procurement guidelines.
