Job summary

Active SCM inspection & maintenance certifications, pesticide applicators license or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

Supervise facility staff, schedule hours, assign work, and conduct evaluations.
Oversee day-to-day Facilities Services operations and monitor compliance with laws and standards.
Select and monitor contractors; coordinate projects and assignments.
Prepare and maintain correspondence and records for the area.
Oversee inventory; procure supplies and equipment.
Monitor a budget; prepare cost estimates and justify expenditures.
Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
