Job summary

HES is hiring a Groundskeeper in Harrisonville, MO to maintain lawns, plant beds, and perform general grounds tasks. The role requires operating lawn care equipment, trimming, pruning, and keeping sites clean and safe for clients.

Shift is 1st, compensation is $20–$21 per hour, with additional seasonal duties and occasional overtime as needed. Educational background: high school diploma preferred; experience in lawn care is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in lawn care preferred.
• Must be able to operate various lawn care machinery including zero turn mowers, edgers, backpack blowers.

Responsibilities

• Mow grounds using various mowers and equipment.
• Perform trimming, edging, pruning, and bed maintenance.
• Support snow removal and seasonal duties as assigned.
