Job summary

Life University is seeking dynamic Groundskeepers to maintain campus landscapes, perform irrigation, mowing, pruning, planting and snow removal, and assist with event setups. Under supervision, you will operate grounds equipment, ensure safety, and support campus facilities operations year-round.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work outdoors in various weather, and a valid GA driver’s license; prior grounds maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to obtain if needed.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license (or out-of-state with ability to obtain GA license in 30 days).
• Ability to perform physically demanding grounds tasks and operate landscape equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and upkeep of university grounds and facilities.
• Irrigation maintenance, mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and trash removal.
• Mow, edge, trim lawns; operate vehicles and equipment safely.
• Assist with special event setup and/or breakdown; support campus move projects.
