Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class B CDL without an air brake restriction.
• Must have tanker endorsement by the time of employment.
• Create a Clearinghouse account as part of the application.
• One year of full-time operation experience with grounds/maintenance equipment.
• Authorized to work in the United States by start date.

Responsibilities

• Operate and service large grounds equipment (packers, backhoes, dump trucks, loaders, tractors) for at least one third of time.
• Assist with spraying, turf repair, fertilizing, mowing, pruning, and planting projects.
• Drive large delivery vehicles, load/unload, and transport freight.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on motorized/non-motorized equipment.
• Move cargo on/off vehicles and remove snow/ice from paved surfaces.
• Carry out manual labor to maintain campus grounds.
