Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in institutional grounds maintenance.
• Must possess valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and write English language. Good communication skills both written and oral.
• Must be available for on call work during nights and weekends.
• Strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate grounds equipment, power tools, chainsaws, manlifts, as necessary.
• Turf maintenance: seeding, fertilizing, mowing, trimming, irrigation.
• Snow and ice removal from roads, sidewalks, parking lots, stairs; remove leaves and debris.
• Care for flowers and shrubs: weeding, mulching, planting, pruning.
• Tree trimming as assigned and field sports setup and grooming for events.
• Maintain and install signage, banners, and fencing on campus.
