• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and events.
• Read and measure ingredients according to recipe(s).
• May operate grill, fryer and other kitchen equipment and serve customers.
• Attend shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
