Qualifications

• Must have a valid Food Handler's card or ServSafe certificate.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short preparation time.
• Serves customers efficiently and keeps food at correct temperatures.
• Maintains records from area worked during service.
• Follows approved recipes and portion controls.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely between stations and storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
