Job summary

Sodexo Group is hiring a Grill Cook for on-site at Lehigh University. You will work with a team to prepare and serve a variety of dishes, focusing on quality and customer service. Shifts vary and an open availability is preferred, with duties including grilling and food prep.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable and focused on a healthy/safe working environment.
• 0-2 years of related experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods.
• Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s).
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
