Job summary

Valor Education in Leander, Texas, is seeking a Campus Giving Coordinator to support a culture of philanthropy on the Valor Leander campus. This role is primarily on-site (80%+ in-person) with some remote flexibility and may require evenings/weekends for events.

Responsibilities include managing the Invest in the Vision Campaign, donor communications, event coordination, and reporting. Ideal candidates have fundraising or related experience, strong relationship skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising or transferable event/relationship roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM platforms like DonorPerfect.
• Familiarity with Canva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and contribute to campus fundraising campaigns and donor communications.
• Plan and execute on-campus events and donor engagement activities.
• Build relationships with families, donors, and community members.
• Draft thank you notes and donor updates; track gifts in the CRM.
• Generate reports on fundraising performance and engagement goals.
• Collaborate with campus and network staff to ensure mission-aligned execution.
• Serve as emcee/host at events when needed.
