Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.

• Supervises serving of meals and responds to customer complaints.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence.
• Determines work procedures, schedules and expedites workflow.
• Maintains required reports such as inventory, cash, payroll and timekeeping.
