Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets.
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production that ensures safety and quality.
• Ensure safe storage and hazard-free environment for food items.
• Maintain serving schedules and conformance to menu specs.
• Maintain sanitary department following health and safety codes.
• Maintain inventory on a weekly basis.
• Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel and promote growth.
• Train/mentor other food service workers.
• Maintain logs on maintenance and food safety/temperature.
• Perform preventative maintenance checklist.
• Recommend equipment replacements as needed.
• Be able to multi-task and support catering events.
• Attend meetings and maintain staff communications.
• May perform cashier duties as needed.
