Job summary

Aramark is hiring a full-time Hourly Supervisor at Clemson Univ. to lead the food service team on location. You will work with a manager to coordinate daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure safety and quality in production and service.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and willingness to cover occasional night or weekend catered events. Previous sanitation training is required.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Ability to resolve interpersonal situations.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets (Production sheets and recipes).
• Direct daily activities and supervise staff.
• Ensure food safety and quality per policies and department requirements.
• Maintain a safe, organized, hazard-free environment.
• Oversee inventory and weekly counts.
• Train and mentor other food service workers.
• Promote good public relations and teamwork.
