Qualifications

• Prior food service and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attentive, one-on-one focus.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverages per standards for presentation, sanitation, safety, and portion control.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and via email for electronic inquiries.
• Trains and coordinates staff; promotes efficiency and excellence in service.
• Determines work procedures, prepares schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Develops sanitation schedules and ensures adherence by staff.
