Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or quick-service environments preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers.
• Basic math and cash handling accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Take food orders and relay to kitchen staff.
• Understand all menu items and ingredients.
• Coordinate with back-of-house for accurate order preparation.
• Resolve customer questions and issues in a friendly manner.
• Cook items according to safety standards and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Handle sales transactions and cash with accuracy.
