Qualifications

• Great customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Serve Safe Certification.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Frequent lifting/transporting hot food items.
• Work in kitchen areas with heated equipment, steam, noise and chemicals.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Use accurate portions when preparing and serving items.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving.
• Escalate quality concerns to management.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and handle feedback with a positive attitude.
• Maintain clean work stations and sanitation standards.
• Dispose of waste correctly from the service line.
• Transport supplies between storage and work areas.
• Support safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train as needed; flexible for concessions and events.
