Qualifications

• ServSafe certification or able to pass classes.
• Ability to demonstrate physical dexterity and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.
• Basic knowledge of food service terminology and usage.
• Able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Able to multi-task.
• Presents oneself in a professional manner and follows dress code.
• Ability to follow direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up, operation, service and tear-down of your assigned station.
• Cashier as necessary, handling orders, making change and balancing drawer.
• Prepare and serve high quality food according to production sheets while observing temperatures and sanitation.
• Serve as Catering Wait staff when needed.
• Maintain sanitation and proper food handling in accordance with HACCP regulations.
