The position offers 20–30 hours per week, Monday–Thursday 7:00–4:00 and Friday 7:00–2:30, with responsibilities including order taking, POS processing, and keeping the outlet organized

Qualifications

One year of food service experience preparing food.
Utah Food Handler Permit or able to obtain within two weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

Daily operations of assigned Redwood food & beverage outlets.
Delivers excellent customer service with a customer-first attitude.
Follows health department food safety regulations.
Operates kitchen equipment: grill, fryer, ovens, slicer, dish machine, mixers.
Prepares quality food and beverages according to recipes and presentation standards.
Take orders, input into POS, process payments, and pursue sales goals.
Maintains clean, sanitized, and organized workspace and storage areas.
Completes opening/closing tasks for efficient operations.
Maintains inventory levels according to daily needs.
