Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations while following safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas with proper wrapping, dating and safety procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and utensils.
• Follows recipes and production standards for quality, temperature and portions.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and relays concerns to supervisor.
