Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor at Graceland University to oversee daily food service operations and supervise staff across fast casual, coffee/counter, cafeterias, events, casual dining and cafes. You will coordinate on-site activities, ensure safety and quality, train employees, and partner with management to enhance guest satisfaction.

Open availability for varying shifts is preferred, with full-time or part-time opportunities depending on the unit.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability with varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts
