Job summary

Seafields by Bishop Gadsden is seeking a dedicated First Responder to help maintain a secure, welcoming environment for our residents, families, and staff. If you're calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and enjoy being a reassuring presence, we'd love to meet you.

As a First Responder, you'll patrol our campus, respond to emergencies, and support our residents and team members with professionalism and care. We will provide competitive pay and benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Respect for confidentiality and resident rights (HIPAA knowledge preferred).
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.

Responsibilities

• Patrol campus buildings and grounds to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to emergencies and support residents and staff with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate with EMS and assist maintenance during urgent situations.
• Deliver prescriptions and packages after hours.
• Support fire drill procedures and inspect fire extinguishers.
• Document incidents and unusual findings with accuracy.
• Assist with wildlife control when necessary.
