Job summary

Mosaic, an Acosta Group company, is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to own an assigned field territory and connect households with information about Starlink internet service. The role emphasizes door-to-door outreach, community events, referrals, and partnerships, with flexible scheduling to fit around classes.

You will learn about current service offerings, guide customers through orders using a referral code, and track activity with regular check-ins.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in eligible college/university or educational program.
• Available 15–25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people.
• Willing to travel throughout rural/suburban areas in your territory.
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and smartphone.
• Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes, manage time, and track progress toward sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through direct door-to-door selling, events, referrals, local partnerships, and other approved approaches.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine whether Starlink may meet their needs.
• Guide interested customers to place orders using your Starlink-issued referral code; no payments collected.
• Record hours, mileage, and activations; join regular manager check-ins to review results and strengthen your approach.
