Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mows, weeds, edges and maintains lawns weekly.
• Trims trees, hedges, plants and maintains neat appearance.
• Weeds and maintains flower beds; daily trash pickup.
• Operates and maintains farm machinery and equipment.
• Assists with irrigation tasks and checks water lines for leaks.
• Inspects and reports property deficiencies to supervisor.
• Participates in on-call duties for evenings, weekends, and events.
