Job summary

Change Church Inc is seeking a dedicated Facilities Tech to maintain and improve the church’s Gwinnett campus. You will handle maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment for services and events.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, using tools, and coordinating with staff, contractors, and vendors. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant facilities maintenance training preferred.
• Experience maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for rapid fixes.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the facility tech for Gwinnett campus and maintain building and grounds.
• Perform weekly preventive maintenance and address repairs promptly.
• Load, unload, and organize onsite and offsite storage.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and safety according to policy and procedures.
• Provide status updates on facility operations weekly or monthly.
• Assist with meetings, services, and events setup and teardown.
