Responsibilities

• Inspect campus systems including HVAC equipment, pumps, condensers, compressors, and electrical and domestic water services.
• Start up, regulate, and shut down equipment; monitor meters, gauges, and computerized controls.
• Record data in logs and identify potential problems.
• Be ready to learn new job skills through on-the-job training and professional training classes.
