Job summary

Spectrum Middle and High School in Elk River, MN is seeking a full-time facilities manager to oversee cleaning, maintenance, and event setup/tear down. This role reports to the Facilities Director and may supervise custodians, maintenance staff, student workers, volunteers, and others.

• Oversee cleaning and maintenance of all Spectrum facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate duties with custodians and maintenance staff; supervise as needed.
• Lead hands-on custodial and/or maintenance tasks.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment during the school day and events.
