Job summary

Ysleta Independent School District is seeking a working custodial supervisor to coordinate and monitor campus custodial staff and services. You will schedule routine cleaning and maintenance to uphold safety, cleanliness and efficiency of buildings and grounds.

The role requires reading and applying district policies, supervision experience, and ability to manage inventories and budgets while complying with laws and safety standards. On-site work at El Paso campuses is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years verifiable custodial experience, including one year supervisory.
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English.
• Knowledge of minor repairs and safe operation of cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor custodial staff and services at assigned campus.
• Schedule and implement routine cleaning and maintenance procedures.
• Inspect campus facilities and oversee HVAC system performance.
• Direct and assist with cleaning, maintenance, and event setup.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and district policies.
