Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in assigned areas.
• Supervise FM staff, prioritizing, assigning and scheduling work.
• Prepare and review information, logs, invoices and reports.
• Manage payroll issues and inventory; assist in trash/recycling operations.
• Operate equipment safely and in accordance with licensing requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning and minor repairs.
• Plow snow, spread loam or gravel for maintenance and construction of areas.
• Transport materials between locations and assist on large projects.
