Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in facilities, operations, project management, real estate, or related fields.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of office facilities, building systems, utilities, and workplace services.
• Ensure a high-quality workplace experience for employees, visitors, and business partners.
• Support business continuity, emergency preparedness, and operational reliability across the campus.
• Lead facilities personnel, contractors, and service providers; promote safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage facility renovations, infrastructure projects, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
