Job summary

Viridien seeks an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead facilities, operations, and site services at our Houston campus. You will ensure a safe, reliable workplace and oversee capital projects, vendor relationships, and real estate activities.

You will partner with HSE, Security, IT, HR, and data center teams to align campus operations with business goals, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in facilities/operations or real estate.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Experience with corporate campuses or multi-building sites is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance across campus.
• Oversee capital projects, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage vendor contracts, real estate, and tenant improvements.
• Coordinate safety, compliance, and emergency planning with teams.
• Partner with IT, HR, Security, and data center teams.
