Job summary

The University of Northern Iowa's Housing & Dining Facilities team is seeking a Facilities Mechanic III to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and related maintenance across student housing and dining facilities in Cedar Falls, IA. Qualifications

• Four years of work experience in the listed crafts, including apprenticeship or technical training.
• At least two years of that experience must be in the same craft.
• State of Iowa license (Electrical, Plumbing or Mechanical) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, performs plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and all other duties needed to maintain student apartments, residence halls and dining centers.
