Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, safety, and day-to-day operations at a private college. You will oversee building systems, coordinate maintenance, and manage service contracts to deliver a safe and efficient campus environment for students and faculty.

You will lead a team, drive space planning, and enforce safety and environmental standards while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure high-quality facility services and timely maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of management experience.
• Experience in facilities management and day-to-day building operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for maintaining building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate maintenance, janitorial services, space planning, and security protocols.
• Manage service contracts, vendor relationships, and safety compliance programs.
