Job summary

Applitrack is seeking a Minnetonka High School Campus Facilities Manager for a full-time, 12-month assignment. The role leads custodial staff, oversees building operations, security, energy management, and related systems at the MHS campus.

Salary ranges from $90,000 to $102,000, with placement based on qualifications and a regionally competitive benefits package. The position reports to the Facilities Services Coordinator and requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in management of a public school Buildings and Grounds Department.
• Excellent organizational and human relations skills.
• Effective communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership over custodial staff and operational plans.
• Oversee daily custodial operations, security, energy conservation, and support services.
• Visit campuses to evaluate maintenance and cleaning effectiveness.
• Recruit, select, develop, and evaluate custodial staff.
• Administer security systems upgrades and district work orders with energy management coordination.
• Supervise maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Participate in district strategic plans and implement policies.
• Oversee department budget and requisitions for supplies and equipment.
• Ensure custodial staffing coverage and respond to urgent requests.
• Manage activities for events and winter operations.
