Minnetonka Public Schools is seeking a Campus Facilities Manager at Minnetonka High School (MHS). This full-time, year-round role oversees custodial staff, building operations, and the district's facilities systems.

The position requires leadership, budget oversight, and implementation of safety and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating system upgrades, supervising maintenance, and aligning with the district's strategic plans.

Formación

• Experience in management of a public school Buildings and Grounds Department.
• Evidence of excellent organizational and human relations skills.
• Evidence of effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership over the campus custodial staff and develop staff goals and operational plans.
• Oversee daily operation of the building custodial staff, security, energy conservation, and support functions.
• Visit and inspect campus buildings to evaluate maintenance and cleaning effectiveness.
• Recruit, select, train, and evaluate building custodial staff members.
• Coordinate system administration for security/camera, access card, blue print, work order and energy management systems.
• Supervise maintenance of heating/cooling, electrical, plumbing, safety systems and emergency lighting.
