Qualifications

• Must be able to lift items up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety awareness on construction and repair sites.

Responsibilities

• Insure the cleanliness of school buildings and grounds.
• Perform basic maintenance and repair operations.
• Maintain a daily work log for the Maintenance Supervisor.
