You will lead maintenance activities, manage work orders, coordinate with contractors, and support budgeting and safety initiatives. This role emphasizes leadership, proactive maintenance, and student mentorship.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in facility maintenance and supervising staff.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Oversee daily facility maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Lead, train, schedule, and hold Maintenance staff accountable for quality work.
• Manage the computerized work order system and ensure repairs are completed on time.
• Oversee outside contractors, subcontracted work, scopes of work, and project quality.
• Support budgeting, facility planning, energy conservation, and department resources.
• Identify facility concerns and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate maintenance projects with Center leadership and other departments.
• Supervise and train Work-Based Learning students and student workers assigned to Maintenance.
