Aramark maintains a higher education campus infrastructure, overseeing day-to-day maintenance and a range of facilities services for academic, residential, and administrative spaces.

Reporting to senior facilities leadership, the role directs HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and preventive maintenance, with CMMS-driven work order management and vendor coordination to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Competenze

• At least 5+ years in maintenance or facilities management with supervisory duties.
• Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Experience using CMMS or work order management systems.
• Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience in facilities management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a customer-focused environment.

Mansioni

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, supervisors, and/or skilled trades.
• Plan, assign, and prioritize daily work orders to meet service level expectations.
• Ensure coverage for academic buildings, residence halls, athletic facilities, dining spaces, and administrative offices.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory requirements.
