Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Custodial Manager to direct custodial operations across campus facilities, ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming environments for students, staff, and visitors. You will lead supervisors and frontline staff, partner with campus stakeholders, and drive service quality and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on operations management, safety, compliance with OSHA/EPA standards, and workforce development, with responsibility for scheduling, budgeting, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of custodial, environmental services, facilities management, or housekeeping leadership experience.
• 3+ years of management experience overseeing large teams in a complex facility environment.
• Experience managing budgets, labor planning, and operational performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of custodial equipment, cleaning chemicals, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day custodial operations across campus facilities.
• Develop cleaning schedules, staffing plans, and service standards.
• Monitor conditions and address cleanliness and sanitation concerns.
• Coordinate support for events and campus activities.
• Lead and develop custodial supervisors and frontline staff.
