Job summary

Sunshine Behavioral Health in Dana Point, CA is seeking a Maintenance Lead to keep our campus safe, clean, and running smoothly. This full-time, on-site role manages work orders, preventative maintenance, and daily upkeep.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of supervisory/maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain it. We are an equal opportunity employer.

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle work orders and facility repairs.
• Maintain building systems and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Support daily upkeep, cleanliness, and grounds.
• Coordinate with leadership and respond to on-call needs.
• Keep maintenance logs and meet accreditation standards.
