Job summary

Christian School Association of Greater Harrisburg (CSAGH) seeks a Facilities and Maintenance Assistant to keep our campus clean, safe, and welcoming for students and staff. You will help with events, daily operations, and grounds maintenance across multiple facilities.

The role requires organizational skills, reliability, and a Christian faith aligned with CSAGH’s Statement of Faith. Occasional after-hours snow removal and campus travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months of experience in commercial cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and snow removal equipment preferred.
• Willingness to travel between campuses and be available for snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain campus buildings in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
• Set up tables, chairs for meetings and events; unlock/lock buildings.
• Respond to spills, perform minor repairs and building improvements.
• Conduct groundskeeping including mowing and snow removal.
• Order supplies for facility maintenance and assist supervisor.
