Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an operational leader for the Morehouse School of Medicine Atlanta campus to oversee maintenance and grounds operations that support the institution's academic, research, and healthcare mission.

You will lead building maintenance, infrastructure reliability, landscaping, budgeting, safety programs, and client relationships, while developing staff and driving continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• 3–5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and engineering services for safe, efficient operations.
• Lead maintenance programs and building systems improvements.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
• Utilize CMMS data to streamline workflows and reporting.
