Responsibilities

• Maintain proper care of facilities under supervision.
• Operate cleaning equipment (buffer, carpet shampoo machine, vacuum, etc.).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
• Perform minor repairs with hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, wrenches, plunger, etc.).
• Provide care and routine maintenance of grounds.
• Distribute and maintain materials, tools and equipment.
