Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency and two years' experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to two years.
• A valid Florida or Georgia driver's license or the ability to obtain one upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work assignments for designated zone staff.
• Conduct walk-through inspections of areas, closets, and equipment to ensure proper security and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Assistant Custodial Supervisor to provide consistent cleaning procedures for day and night shifts.
• Respond to spills, cleanups, and trash/recyclable collection requests.
• Communicate rules, policies, procedures, and standards of the department and university to staff.
