Job summary

Covenant College Facilities is hiring student employees for the 2026/2027 academic year. Duties include assisting across campus locations with flexible hours (6am–10pm, Mon–Sat) and gaining hands-on experience in facilities operations.

Selected students will develop NACE-aligned competencies such as communication, teamwork, and professionalism, while learning equipment handling and safety procedures within a supportive team environment.

• Resume skills development in NACE competencies required by employers.
• Learn and demonstrate professional communication with coordinators and supervisors.
• Develop critical thinking and report issues to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Follow training and perform tasks within scheduled hours (5–20 hours/week).
• Communicate clearly with coordinators, team leaders, and supervisors.
• Demonstrate professional behavior and reliability in daily duties.
• Work with Facilities to support campus operations and health initiatives.
• Operate and learn equipment and procedures on site.
• Respond to procedures for emergencies and safety protocols.
