Job summary

Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, PA seeks a Student Worker - Events to support campus events, facilities, and custodial teams with setup and maintenance tasks.

You will move furniture, assist with event setup and breakdown, transport equipment, and help with AV and parking support under the event manager's guidance. Currently enrolled students eligible; must be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled Delaware Valley University student.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide required documentation to verify identity and employment eligibility.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure event setup is completed accurately and on time.
• Good communication to work effectively with team members and event managers.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during setup efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle event equipment such as stages, tents, chairs, tables, and decorations according to the event manager's specifications.
• Work closely with the event manager to ensure all elements of the event are in place and functioning properly.
• Transport equipment and materials to and from the event site, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.
