• Familiarity with event layouts, diagrams, or floor plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing events and conferences following guidelines.
• Coordinate event logistics including facilities, equipment, scheduling, staffing, and components.
• Provide on-site event support and post-event follow-up to ensure attendee satisfaction.
• Maintain event records, documentation, and budget tracking; assist with vendor coordination.
• Support promotion, registration processes, and attendee management as assigned.
