Responsibilities

• Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
• Follows approved recipes and production standards with proper equipment.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and workstation.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Keeps production records, tracks waste, portions, and shortages and informs supervisor.
• Ensures correct presentation, food quality, portion control and serving temperatures.
