Qualifications

• Prior baking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production sheets.
• Ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes and standards.
• Assist with production records including waste tracking and shortages; inform supervisor when supplies are low.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Interact with customers and resolve issues in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
